We are a private company founded in 1988, lies in the port city Ningbo. operates two manufacturing facilities. One factory focus on stamping production, such as deep drawn stamping, precision stamping, etc. Another’s main productions include wire forming, nun-standard fasten, spring parts. Our facility covers a land area of 1800 square meters, and a building area of 2600 square meters. Ningbo is a coastal city in Zhejiang province with more than 250 regular shipping lines between Ningbo Port and other main ports all over the world.
Full services in designing, manufacturing, with an innovative ability to supply products in good quality and on time, makes Springexp apart from its’ competitions. We can provide such manufacturing: stamping, wire forming, spring, turning etc. All products are widely used in automobile, furniture, lighting, toys, home electrical appliance, etc.
Our quality control department uses AQP(Advanced Quality Planning) and advanced inspection equipment to ensure the continued reliability and consistency of every products during our whole production process: Material certification, Manufacturing process inspection, Outside service inspection, Final inspection. We also offer continuing educational opportunities to all of our employees.
